Kearsten Peoples proved, once again, why she is leading the nation in the shot put today as she took home her second Southeastern Conference (SEC) Championship title, and her season's fifth school record performance, on Friday with a best mark of 17.81m (58-5.25). The junior was joined on the podium by classmate Jill Rushin, who placed third overall with her top mark of 16.34m (53-7.5).
