Missouri's Euphenie Andre and Central Florida's Asherah Collins earned silver and bronze medals for the United States in the women's triple jump final at the North American, Central American and Caribbean Athletic Association (NACAC) Under-23 Championships at the National Stadium in San Jose, Costa Rica. Andre produced a wind-aided 44-0.50 (13.42m) performance on her first attempt to place second, with Collins taking third with a wind-legal 42-9.50 (13.04m) effort in the third round.
